Isla Holbox extends its 40 km from sand in the middle of the waters emerald of the ocean. Though in Maya its name means black hole, it is a world that from distant view turns out to be green, so much for the waters of the channel that separates it from the continent as for its leafy cocoteros, manglares and rastreras plants that contrast with the white sand, the pure sky and the shining sun. The island has has varied attractions and restaurants in which you will be able to enjoy the eaten ones of the sea; in this spectacular island a people of fishermen exists only, formed by a few solidary families that takes a pacific and happy life. The majority of the people devotes itself to the sea where they try your daily food, the brave men of Holbox prosecute the enormous sharks, the fish sword and the barracudas, and are not afraid to go down to 40 m of depth to reach the valued lobsters.
