Dance in Aguascalientes

Combining history with a work ethic that has made it succed in every aspect, the city of Aguascalientes presents an interesting mixture of past and modern times. Still mantaining some traditions like the bullfighting and old traditional buildings, but having also a modern infrastructure like the one in its hotels, it’s traditions are still alive also in some attractions like the Bullfighting Plaza.
Its main attractions are related to visit old buildings like churches which are located all around and are astonishing examples of old times architecture.

But this party is not only dancing, you can bring a jacket or sweater to donate. This night is part of the program held at the Festival Cultural de Calaveras, from October 28th to November the 2nd.

54º Romeria of the Assumption, Festivity in Aguascalientes

Aguascalientes invites you to celebrate one of the religious event that is held in this city which is the romeria of the Assumption of Our Lady of Assumption. It takes place the Saturday 15, August at 7 p.m. in the destination of Aguascalientes. The cathedral of Aguascalientes is located close to the Historical Center of the city in front of Plaza de la Patria.

This amazing and international religious event is considered to be an important celebration in this Mexican city. Moreover, you can make a tour through Aguascalientes during the festivity due to the fact that it is a familiar tradition where locals and tourists spend incredible time waiting for the procession.
